What:

  • 3½ full days of informational presentations, & demonstrations, including presentations from faculty on PACE activities and projects (July 19-July 22)
  • 1 day of optional cultural activities (July 23)
  • Networking with other PACE Institution faculty and students
  • Keynotes by and industry and academia
  • Networking with industry representatives

When:

Monday, July 19 to Friday, July 23

Where:

The Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), Seoul, South Korea and GM Daewoo, Incheon, South Korea Closest airport: Incheon International (ICN)

Who should attend:

Faculty, staff, students and administrators from all PACE Institutions; representatives from the PACE Partner, Contributor and Supporter companies globally.

It is expected that at least one person from each PACE Institution will attend at the Forum.

Expenses to attendees:

  • Travel (airfare and ground transportation to/from airport); see hotel reservation form for details
  • Some meals -see Daily Forum Itinerary
  • " Hotel accommodations (see details on registration form); Shilla Hotel, Seoul is the "official" hotel for the Forum; discounted room rates have been negotiated for this event see hotel information for Block Code.
  • Cultural activities (Information only is available on PACE web site; registration will be at the Tour Desk, 6th floor of Shilla Hotel all week or at KCCI on Wednesday, July 21st.)

Please note that there is no cost for registration. Most of your daily ground transportation needs during the Forum will be provided.

EVERYONE planning to attend the Forum must register, including speakers, attendees, training session leaders, vendor representatives, planning committee members, volunteers, spouses, etc.
